Great product and fast delivery

Overall great customer service! Was always kept up to date about my order. I'll be shopping with them again for sure

Ordered on Dec 10th but didn't arrive until Dec 24th. While we were happy to have it in time for Christmas, we were a litte concerned that we weren't contacted and informed of a potential problem until 7 days after the order was placed. In fact, when we contacted vendor about when to expect shipment, we were told the case would ship the next day. It didn't. It was several days later when e-mail was sent detailing a shipment delay.

I was lucky to get this on time for the holidays. I had to change my plans to wait for the package. I ordered the product on December 4th and it arrived on December 24th. This seller seems overloaded.
